High season is June 30 - Sept 5.
Low season is Memorial Day - June  29 & September 6 - Columbus Day.

All room rates are double occupancy. An extra fee of $25 per person, per night is applied for extras in the rooms.

A minimum stay of 2 nights, 3 nights on holiday weekends, is required.

14 days advance notice required for refund upon cancellation.

MA state and local taxes, plus a modest housekeeping gratuity is additional.
